Since April 5, 2025, the Yeremyan Group of Companies has unveiled Kagayaki, an exquisite new restaurant concept offering the finest Japanese cuisine in the heart of Yerevan. Named Kagayaki, which translates to “brightness” and “brilliance,” the restaurant is inspired by the radiant culture and culinary traditions of the Land of the Rising Sun. The name embodies the essence of the restaurant’s mission: not only to serve exceptional Japanese dishes but also to radiate warmth, harmony, and elegance, much like the sun itself.
Kagayaki’s cuisine delights the senses, revealing the authentic and delicate flavors of Japan to those in Yerevan who have long yearned for a true taste of its culinary heritage. As the beloved Japanese proverb says, “Food creates smiles,” and Kagayaki brings that joy to life with its rich, harmonious flavors. Nestled in the heart of the city, this exquisite Japanese restaurant is perfectly situated beside the open-air café-restaurant Santafe, just steps from the Cascade complex and the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet.
